At CoverAssure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please carefully review our policy below to understand your rights and the steps you need to take to process a return.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. After 30 days, we are unable to process a return or exchange.
- Condition: The item must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition, with all original packaging, tags, and documentation intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to process any returns or exchanges.
2. How to Return an Item
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@coverassure.click or call (760) 373-4092 to initiate the return process. Please include your order number, item details, and reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item, including all original packaging, accessories, and paperwork, and clearly label the package with your RMA number.
- Ship the Item: Return the item to the address provided by our team. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returns, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:
- Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned item.
- The amount refunded will be for the product’s purchase price only. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
4. Exchanges
At this time, CoverAssure does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the steps for returning the original item, then place a new order for the desired item.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you. In this case, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift Cards
- Specially Customized or Personalized Items
- Watches or products that have been altered, resized, or engraved after purchase
7. International Returns
For international orders, please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. The same return conditions apply, but please be aware that international returns may take longer to process.
